Scheduled upgrade of our core network
Dear Customer,
In order to improve our services, we are going to perform upgrades to our core network. We will be doing this in phases over the next month.
During this network upgrade the connection may occasionally “flap”, redundant connections will take over but during a flap you may experience brief packet loss.
When we are going to perform work, this will of course be announced.
After this upgrade our capacity will be significantly increased.
Update 01.04.2025 (1 April 2025) 05:21: Network migration has been finished. We keep monitoring our network closely in the near future.
